Our company provides 15-days-replacement and one-year-repairing warranty to the main unit. The detailed provisions are as following:
Replacement Warranty
Qualification
a. In case the main unit has quality problem within 15 days after the purchasing, our company will replace the defected unit with a new one if there is no scratch on the surface of the original one and original packing is returned. Otherwise, either to repair the unit or replace it for a fee of the new shell at customer’s choice;
b. Unit must not be broken, watered, or improperly used. Must be in clean condition;
c. Original purchase voucher shall be provided.
Attentions
a. Replacement warranty does not cover packing and accessories;
b. “Special offer” unit is only covered by repairing warranty.
Repairing Warranty
Qualification
a. All units are covered with one year warranty after the purchase if defect is not caused by improper use;
b. Units are not opened;
c. Original purchase voucher is provided.
Attentions
No fees are charged within the warranty period.
Paid Services
Company will provide paid services in following circumstances:
a. Without valid original purchase voucher;
b. Routing check, unit maintenance, or change of housing;
c. Damage caused by improper use;
d. Damage caused by falling, extrusion, impact, high temperature, erosion, soaking, damp and other human factors;
e. Damage caused by force majeure such as flood, fire, lightning stroke, or abnormal voltage;
f. Damage caused by use of pirate software;
g. Damage caused by virus;
h. Damage caused by un-authorized repairing attempt or disassembling.
Calculation of warranty period
Warranty time starts from the date of purchase, which shall show on original purchase voucher. In case the lose of it, time will starts from the finishing of production date which is hided in the Product No. If the Product No. is damaged or false, the warranty period shall be deemed to have expired.
