1.1 Belief in talent

Loyalty
: be loyal to own position and enterprise, agree with the enterprise culture and circumstance of the Company, act professionally, keep free from external disturbance, stably & continuously make effort, create values for the enterprise, closely link personal development with enterprise development, and realize win-win between individual and the enterprise.

Sense of belonging
: how much sense of belonging to the enterprise and how much bonding with the enterprise will directly determine whether an individual can be a true part of the Gardex team. Building the sense of belonging to the enterprise is the target for Gardex to train out its excellent team. Every Gardex staff shall, in addition to understanding to the enterprise culture, try to look for his/ her own sense of belonging to the team, and initiatively create a hidden emotional chain with the company, colleagues and own job.
